Meet the founder:
Jay – or Jeerasuk Ragsaken – was the founder and original creator of the delicious recipes at Jay’s Thai Food. He came to Indiana in 1995 from Khon Kaen, Thailand to start his Thai legacy on American soil. Though Jay has since passed on, his name and original passion for his homeland cuisine are carried on by the owners and staff of Jay's Thai Food in Marion.
